Please read the following requirements before using our remote support:
In order to participate in a remote session, you will have to willingly
accept and run a small program.
Please be aware your desktop will be visible to a
technician for the duration of the session!
Be sure to turn off any third party firewalls you may have running on your computer!
You can stop the session at any time by right-clicking the
support icon by your clock and clicking "close".
You will need an ID number to continue. Please be sure you have
received an ID from your technician.
After clicking continue, your
computer will prompt you. Please click "Run" twice.
