Please read the following requirements before using our remote support:

  • In order to participate in a remote session, you will have to willingly accept and run a small program.

  • Please be aware your desktop will be visible to a technician for the duration of the session!

    • This will enable us to support you in real-time, seeing what you see.

  • Be sure to turn off any third party firewalls you may have running on your computer!

You can stop the session at any time by right-clicking the support icon by your clock and clicking "close".

You will need an ID number to continue. Please be sure you have received an ID from your technician.
